Treadmill-a-Thon Recap and links to 40 hours of awesome video (in 15-minute bites)!
On June 13th and June 14th, 2011, HOME Line held its 2nd Annual Treadmill-a-Thon. We had 115 participants; 368 donors who contributed $23,996; and, 9 business sponsors and a $20,000 foundation matching grant! As a thank you to everyone who participated and gave, we are letting the community re-live the event in 15-minute segments.
Posted here are some select videos. To peruse over 130 videos, go to HOME Line’s Treadmill-a-Thon You Tube Channel and type participants’ names in the “Search Uploads” box. You can watch everything from stories about tenant organizing (Linda Hymes) to preserving affordable housing (Jack Cann); from belting out Frank Sinatra (Mike Vraa) to live jazz (Larry McDonough and Carol Bergquist); from the Newlywed Game (the Riebels) to celebrity gossip (Eric Bain). Enjoy!
Help us fully match the F.R. Bigelow Foundation’s matching grant of $20,000. We only need to raise $2000 more! Follow this link to contribute.
