In this first article, KSTP breaks the story of Golfview Apartments in Anoka. As sewage flowed into the basement, tenants worried about their health and the safety of their families. HOME Line organizers were dispatched there when a resident called our hotline for advice. After days of work by tenants and organizers, the City of Anoka stepped in.
