Shakopee tenants ring in the New Year facing the same problem with roaches and bedbugs that has been plaguing them for far too long. An online search for bedbugs at this complex reveals tenant complaints about infestations that date back to 2008. The city police have been working to help renters, but it is difficult because Shakopee has no rental housing code that would help tenants or the city take more immediate action.
