On August 16th, 2023, HOME Line hosted a webinar on Minnesota tenant/landlord law. HOME Line Housing Attorney and webinar host Rachael Sterling was joined by Supervising Attorney Amarilis Carrión, Shana Tomenes, Staff Attorney at the University of Minnesota’s Student Legal Service, and Zack Eichten, the State Director of the Minnesota Humane Society. The presentation covered required fee disclosures, pet declawing/devocalization prohibitions, move-in/out inspections, and early lease renewal restrictions. Presenters also fielded variety of questions.
