On September 20th, 2023, HOME Line hosted a webinar on Minnesota tenant/landlord law with presenters HOME Line Housing Attorney, Impact Litigation & Research Director Samuel Spaid, and Policy Attorney Larry McDonough. The presentation covered the new statewide pre-eviction notice law that goes into effect 1/1/24. We also fielded a variety of questions from attendees.
