On January 17th, 2024, HOME Line Housing Attorney and Communications Coordinator Rachael Sterling hosted a webinar on a variety of new and upcoming changes to the Minnesota Renter’s Property Tax Refund (Renters’ Credit) & the related Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) with multiple presenters: Nan Madden, Director of the Minnesota Budget Project, and staff from the Minnesota Department of Revenue: Volunteer Outreach Coordinator Jessica Delcid, Outreach Supervisor Jake Feneis, and e-Services Training Coordinator Patrick Donohue. Presenters also fielded a variety of questions about the program and updates.
