On April 23rd 2025, HOME Line hosted a Tenant/Landlord law webinar about Minnesota’s rental market. We were joined by HousingLink Research Manager Dan Hylton who provided an overview of what trends have been impacting the Twin Cities rental housing market.

HOME Line has been hosting regular tenant/landlord legal webinars since mid-April 2020, initially about COVID-19 issues, and expanding to other topics since then. Over 7,500 tenants, social workers and landlords have watched these live presentations from 1,300 organizations. Over 6,200 have watched recorded versions
