On July 16th 2025, HOME Line hosted a Tenant/Landlord law webinar examining the raw statistical data showing where, when, and why evictions are filed in Minnesota, coupled with key policy changes in the last 5 years that have led us to where we are in the current Minnesota eviction landscape. HOME Line Eviction Data Assistant Oscar Nieves-Rubio provided an analysis of eviction trends across Minnesota for the first half of 2025. HOME Line Managing Attorney & Hotline Director Mike Vraa provided a deep dive of eviction laws and trends. Presenters also fielded questions from attendees. 1.5 standard CLE credits have been applied for this webinar.
HOME Line has been hosting regular tenant/landlord legal webinars since mid-April 2020, initially about COVID-19 issues, and expanding to other topics since then. Over 7,500 tenants, social workers and landlords have watched these live presentations from 1,300 organizations. Over 6,200 have watched recorded versions
