On September 24th 2025, HOME Line hosted a Tenant/Landlord law webinar covering disability rights in housing. Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid Managing Attorney Julia Zwak and Assistant Supervising Attorney Courtney Arthur discussed reasonable accommodations and modifications, service animals and ESAs, and discrimination in housing against those with disabilities. Presenters also fielded questions from attendees. 1.5 standard CLE credits have been applied for this webinar.
HOME Line has been hosting regular tenant/landlord legal webinars since mid-April 2020, initially about COVID-19 issues, and expanding to other topics since then. Over 7,500 tenants, social workers and landlords have watched these live presentations from 1,300 organizations. Over 6,200 have watched recorded versions
