On November 19th 2025, HOME Line hosted a Tenant/Landlord law webinar providing an overview of the rent escrow process from both an attorney’s and an organizer’s perspectives. We were joined by Housing Attorney, Impact Litigation and Research Director Samuel Spaid and Managing Organizer Regan Reeck who discussed how to use the rent escrow process and offered advice on how tenants can organize together to resolve repair issues. Presenters also fielded questions from attendees. 1.5 standard CLE credits have been applied for this webinar.
