On January 21st 2026, HOME Line hosted a Tenant/Landlord law webinar providing an overview of the Minnesota Renter’s Credit. Jessica Delcid, Grants Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, and Michelle Jensen, Family Services and Tax Program Manager at United Community Action Partnership shared information about how to claim this refundable credit as part of your taxes and answer common questions that both landlords and tenants have regarding the Renter’s Credit and CRP. Presenters also fielded questions from attendees.
