On July 8th, HOME Line hosted a free webinar to share information about current legal issues that Minnesota renters are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This week we also shared our predictions on the size of the eviction wave that might occur when the Governor’s moratorium on evictions is lifted. We’ll show how we got this number and what it might mean for tenants, landlords and the court system. The recording is below. The webinar is designed for an audience of tenants, service providers, and other individuals who are involved in or interested in assisting renters. We’re hosting another webinar next week, this time with a special guest–details are here.
