On July 22nd, HOME Line hosted a free webinar to share information about current legal issues that Minnesota renters are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This week we again combined our two sessions into a single 90-minute session. We covered the impact of Executive Order 20-79. This order is set to replace Executive Orders 20-14 & 20-73 beginning on August 4th and will make a number of changes to how the eviction suspension works. We’re hosting another 90-minute webinar next week with special guest speaker Landlord Attorney Kim Tennyson.
