Recording of 1/7/21 organizing webinar — Eviction Defense: What it is and how to do it with Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia

December 22, 2020 by HOME Line Organizing Staff

On Thursday, January 7th, HOME Line hosted an online webinar about how renters can organize their local communities to prevent evictions. As we prepare for the inevitable end to the eviction moratorium and the flood of evictions sure to follow, Minneapolis-based Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia (Renters United for Justice) representatives led a training in eviction defense and talked about their efforts to make sure no one is forced out during the pandemic.

Please note that we provide general organizing information and practical advice during this webinar. If you are a renter in Minnesota and you have a legal question about your specific housing situation, please contact our free tenant hotline: 612-728-5767 or email an attorney here.

We hope this training was helpful to you. Please consider giving a tax-deductible donation to support our work by clicking here.
