On July 14th, HOME Line hosted another COVID-19 webinar—the recording is further below. We provided an overview of the new Minnesota eviction moratorium phaseout law, including the changes occurring with the phaseout as of July 14 (evictions can now be filed for material violations of leases, other than nonpayment of rent), and we fielded a variety of questions. Rachael Sterling, HOME Line’s COVID-19 Eviction Response Coordinator & Housing Attorney joined us on this webinar.
