Guest speakers Tram Hoang, campaign manager for Keep St. Paul Home and Qannani Omar, organizer with Minneapolis United for Rent Control presented on their efforts to pass measures for rent stabilization this November. HOME Line legal staff also briefly covered updates on Minnesota’s eviction moratorium phaseout.
