On December 8th, HOME Line hosted a webinar on tenant/landlord legal issues—the recording is further below. We were joined joined by a panel of housing attorneys from legal service providers throughout the state to hear about what is happening with eviction cases and court proceedings now. Panelists included: Katie Pauk (Staff Attorney with Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota), Luke Grundman (Managing Attorney, Housing Unit at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid), Brian Lipford (Senior Leadership Attorney from Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services), and Chris Macy (Staff Attorney with Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota). HOME Line legal staff also provided a brief review about the end of Minnesota’s eviction moratorium.
