The Training/Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar covered the basics of tenant/landlord law in Minnesota, including forming a tenancy, lease agreements, property repairs, evictions, and expungements (the full agenda is below the video).

This course was approved for four standard CLE credits from the Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal Education.
