On May 18, 2022, HOME Line hosted a webinar on Minnesota tenant/landlord law. In this webinar HOME Line legal staff shared information about the end of Minnesota’s eviction moratorium phaseout protections (set to expire on June 1, 2022), and they discussed what is likely to happen next. There was also time for general Q&A on tenant/landlord issues.
HOME Line has been hosting webinars since mid-April 2020 on COVID-19 and how it affects Minnesota landlords and tenants. Over 6,000 tenants, social workers and landlords have watched these live presentations and over 3,200 have watched recorded versions.
