In general, the public is ill advised or unaware of the rights and responsibilities of Minnesota landlords and renters. HOME Line aims to help educate a variety of groups about Minnesota’s state laws (Chapter 504B) that pertain to the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants. Trainings and speeches highlight different aspects of tenants rental rights & responsibilities, depending on the audience.

Groups we’ve spoken to include:

  • Tenants
  • Transitional housing/shelter residents/participants
  • Landlords
  • Housing Redevelopment Authorities (HRA’s)
  • Social Workers/Service Providers
  • Students (both College and High School)
  • City Inspectors
  • Police Officers/Law Enforcement
  • Government Staff
  • Individuals About to be Released From Incarceration

If you would like us to speak to your audience, please fill out the form below.

Pricing begins at $150/hour in most cases. Click here for more pricing information.

Speeches and trainings can be given in Hmong, Spanish, Somali, and English, virtually or in person.
