Oscar has been an eviction data assistant at HOME Line since January of 2022. He initially came to the organization as a member of the 2021 VISTA Cohort where he was a tenant organizer for the Whittier Alliance in Minneapolis. Oscar Graduated from Saint John’s University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Conflict Resolution Studies.
