On May 20th 2026, HOME Line Staff Attorney, Impact Litigation and Research Director Samuel Spaid hosted a legal webinar that provided an overview of some of the new Tenant-Landlord related city ordinances from the last year, including updates to pre-eviction notice periods, and ordinances in Duluth, Minneapolis, and Saint Paul.
