Key takeaway
Eviction filings remain elevated across Minnesota, even as trends vary by region. Statewide filings through October are higher than the same period in any of the previous three years, with Hennepin County accounting for much of the increase. While some areas have experienced declines, the overall volume of eviction filings continues to demonstrate the significant need for tenant assistance and eviction prevention services.
