Guest speaker Dan Hylton, Research Manager from HousingLink joined us to discuss trends in the Twin Cities rental market over the past year and a half—how the pandemic and eviction moratoriums have impacted tenants, landlords, and the broader market. HOME Line legal staff also covered updates on Minnesota’s eviction moratorium phaseout, including the significant change in the rules and protections that occurs on October 12th.
