On January 18, 2023, HOME Line hosted a webinar on Minnesota tenant/landlord law. This webinar covered 2022 court decisions that have impacted Minnesota’s Tenant/Landlord law, including NY Props., LLC v. Schuette and Quinn v. LMC NE Minneapolis Holdings, LLC. HOME Line legal staff was also on hand to answer general questions about Minnesota Tenant/Landlord law.
HOME Line has been hosting regular tenant/landlord legal webinars since mid-April 2020, initially about COVID-19 issues, and expanding to other topics since then. Over 7,500 tenants, social workers and landlords have watched these live presentations from 1,300 organizations. Over 6,200 have watched recorded versions.
