This month, we’ll look at the results for the last quarter of calls on the tenant hotline, comparing it to the same quarter in 2022.
In the third quarter of 2022, we took 5,448 new calls. For 2023, we had a total of 5,046 new calls for the same time period. We remain on pace to take more than 20,000 new calls in 2023 (which would be a record for the hotline). For total calls (new plus follow-ups) we’re over 2,100 calls ahead of this point in the year versus last year. It’s a virtual certainty that we’ll eclipse last year’s total of 35,000 + total calls.
Here are the top 10 reasons for calls last quarter with the percentage difference from our totals for the same quarter in 2022.
