Deb serves as HOME Line’s Director of Operations, leading the organizational infrastructure and financial systems that keep the non-profit running seamlessly. Since joining the team full-time in April 2008, she has overseen critical operational functions, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budget analysis. Deb also directs employee benefits administration, records management, donor management, and grant compliance.
A graduate of Minneapolis Business College, Deb brings decades of high-level administrative and operational expertise to HOME Line. Outside of work, she and her husband are embracing the “empty nester” lifestyle after successfully raising three daughters. An avid animal lover with several pets, Deb enjoys spending her free time reading or relaxing by the water.
