Last month, we mentioned that summer is our busiest time of the year on the hotline because of a seasonal surge in security deposit cases.
But we didn’t expect this level of busy. In July, we set a new all-time record for the hotline for new contacts (calls and emails). In the hotline’s 33-year existence, this was our busiest new-call month. Once again, we are asking for your help to fund our extra tenant hotline work for what is turning out to be our busiest summer ever.
