The tenant hotline saw a 5% increase in new contacts (calls plus emails) in October 2025 over October 2024.
We also remain on pace to set an all-time record for new contacts in a year. In 9 of our top 10 reasons why tenants call us, we saw an increase in contacts this October compared to last October.

Both eviction and financial aid questions remain very high this year compared to 2024 at this time, as tenants continue to struggle economically. Repairs (4,748 contacts) remain our top reason for calls in 2025, but evictions are close. We’ve had 4,455 eviction calls already this year, as those two topics see-saw between the top two spots each month.
