The tenant hotline saw an 18% decrease in new contacts (both phone call inquiries and email inquiries) in November 2025 as compared to November 2024. There was a 7% decrease in total contacts (new plus follow-ups) for the same time period. Despite this, the hotline remains on pace to reach yet another record for new contacts in a calendar year—a 1.4% higher pace than last year’s total from January 1 through November 30. This is true largely because eviction-related inquiries to our hotline are up 12.5%, and calls where tenants are looking for financial assistance increased 68% this calendar year.
