Hotline Contacts sets all-time highest record in January 2025

This January set the all-time highest mark for new calls/emails (2,050) to the tenant hotline in any month, eclipsing last January’s 2,043. 2024 Another Near Record Setting Year on the Hotline

The tenant hotline’s calls/emails were the 2nd highest totals since opening in 1992, only down slightly in 2024 from 2023’s record numbers. Hotline remains on track to top 20,000 contacts again in 2024
