This was our busiest September ever for all three of our records: new contacts (calls and emails), follow-ups, and total contacts. But the more astounding statistic right now is our quarterly total (July 1–Sept. 30). This was HOME Line’s busiest quarter of all time—again across all three records. Last quarter (April–June) was the first time we ever surpassed 10,000 total contacts in a single quarter. But this quarter, we set a new mark with 11,274 total contacts.
Here are the top 10 reasons for new contacts in Quarter 3 (July–Sept.) versus Quarter 3 from 2025:
Repairs is once again in the top spot over evictions, but both remain on pace for very high numbers of contacts to our hotline for the year. Financial Aid and questions about leases also continue to dramatically outpace their numbers for all of last year.
