Standard Pricing
Intended for institutional audiences. For example: landlords & property managers, law firms, government entities (city inspectors, county employees, state agency staff, court admin/referees/judges, etc), social workers & social service providers, Housing Authorities, shelters & transitional housing, high schools, colleges/universities, law enforcement, etc.
$300/hour base rate (includes experienced housing attorney as presenter)
+ For in-person: $80/hour travel time & mileage (billed at the federal rate)
+ If outside of the 7-County metro area, costs for hotel costs and food are capped at $200 per night.
Please note: We are happy to offer a virtual option via Zoom, which does not include additional fees for travel/mileage.
+ $150/hour for language interpretation (Spanish, Somali, Hmong).
+ $35 for adding Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit—HOME Line prepares & applies to the state CLE board.
+ Accommodation costs as needed.
Community Pricing
Intended for community audiences. For example: tenant-led organizations, small community organizations, private citizens, etc.
$150/hour base rate
Additional fees same as above. In some instances, HOME Line will consider lower rates on a case-by-case basis.
